Emma Singing

This is one of Emma's favorite movies right now and she sings this song a lot! It takes her awhile to get going, but the beginning is pretty funny! :o)

On the Road Again!

We got back on a Wednesday from our trip to Washington, and that Saturday headed out (again) to Sacramento (minus Ron) for my OTHER cousins farewell talk! It was a short trip, but we had a good time. We left around lunch time and got there around dinner time. It just so happend to be my cousins birthday and we celebrated at BJ's Brewhouse Restaurant! I LOVE their pizza & pizookies! We stayed up really late just talking and catching up. Sometime in the middle of the night, I'd heard Emma wake up and she had gotten out of bed. I couldn't see anything, but got out of bed anyway to find her and put her back in bed. It was a good thing I did, because she had gone behind a giant stand up lamp and had yanked on my mom's dress (which was hanging ON the lamp!) and pulled it. I was able to catch it without anyone getting hurt or anything getting broken! We got up the next morning, had a yummy breakfast and headed to church. Laura gave a really nice talk and her and the other 2 sisters sang a beautiful trio they had arranged. We only stayed through Sacrament and then headed back home.
Here's how I found Emma in the morning.

Too cool!

Having Fun in San Fran!

We got to our hotel pretty late, but enjoyed our rest after our long drive! We got up and had our Continental Breakfast, got ready and headed out for some fun. First stop was the Aquarium of the Pacific. It's not a real big aquarium, but it was nice to not have to get in the car right away.

Of course we have to take a picture of Nemo & Dori!

The Jellies

Mr. Krabs

Daddy & Emma in the tank (Michael was scared to get in)

Mommy, Emma & Michael (he got brave for this one)

In the underwater tunnel walk-thru.

At the touch-pools

The City

We watched this guy perform on the pier. Emma climed up on the stage before I could stop her (he hadn't started yet), but he was fine with it and even let her put some things away for him. He wasn't that entertaining, or funny, for that matter, but we figured we should stay since Emma had helped herself!

After the show, we went to check out the water and found a Killer Whale! Okay, so it was just a stuffed animal, but still! :o) (see how dirty the water is?! YUCK!)

Grandma & the kids in front of Alcatraz.

Ron, Grandma & the kids in front of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Yep, I was there, too!

Next was lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. Look at those monkeys!

Emma wasn't quite sure of the giant elephant that moved...

Duck Butt!

Tiger Butt!

After lunch, we headed to Ghirardelli Square! Mmmmmmm!

(Please ignore the naked lady statue in the background!)

My mom wanted a picture with the late King of Pop.

If You're Going to San Francisco

After leaving Aunt Donna & Uncle Vernon's house, we headed to San Fran for the night.
Some sights along the way. These are drive by photos with my camera hanging out the window!

My favorite!

We stopped for lunch at a Subway next to the Hollywood Video, who, apparently, is giving away free kids!

For dinner we stopped at McDonald's, which was surrounded by snow. This is the first time the kids have ever been in the snow, and they had a blast throwing snowballs!

Look at the size of that snowball!

Michael throwing a snowball at me!

Attacking daddy!

Everything was great, until it was time to get in the car! That's when reality set in and Michael realized his hands were frozen!
